The massive hemorrhage of central placenta previa could lead to gravida hemorrhagic shock,dead or iatrogenic premature delivery. On the premise of gravida safety, the expectant treatment of inhibiting uterine contraction, promoting fetal lung maturation, cervical cerclage, preventing infection and supporting therapy should be carried out according to the different clinical character of individual case.
