基于液体的动力电池热管理系统性能研究

     

摘要

In order to prolong battery life and improve battery safety, it is necessary to analyze and study battery thermal management. Through theoretical analysis, simulation analysis andexperimental verification, the thermal management system of power battery for electric vehicle was designed. Firstly, the heat production principle and model of the battery were described,and the heating power of the power system was determined. Then, the liquid thermal management of the power supply system was designed. And the thermal management system and power system of the battery were simulated by CFD software. Finally the effectiveness of the designed liquid heat management system and the simulation accuracy were verified by experiments.%为延长电池使用寿命,提高电池安全性,需要对电池进行热管理.电动汽车动力电池热管理系统在理论分析、仿真建模、实验验证基础上开展设计工作,综合考虑了电池产热原理、产热模型、发热功率后,确定了基于液体的热管理模式.使用CFD软件对所设计系统进行仿真和分析,并对工程样机热管理有效性进行了实验验证.
