纳米线电化学能量储存材料的制备技术进展

     

摘要

纳米线材料由于其一维纳米结构得到了研究人员的广泛关注,被应用于能量转换与存储、光催化以及电子器件等领域.尤其,采用纳米线材料可以制造出高性能电化学能量存储器件.近年来,越来越多的研究促使纳米线材料的制备方法得到了极大发展.以纳米线材料的储能应用为主,介绍近年来的纳米线材料的制备技术,主要包括静电纺丝技术、外延生长技术、气相沉积技术、亚临界和超临界合成,以及模板法等方法,并详述了这些方法制备的纳米线材料的结构和性能特点.同时,也对纳米线材料的应用和发展做出了展望.%In recent years, nanowire materials have attracted wide attention due to their one-dimensional nanostructure and have been used in energy conversion and storage, photocatalytic, and electronic devices. In particular, high-performance electrochemical energy storage devices could be manufactured using nanowire materials. More and more research has led to the great development of nanowire material preparation methods. The energy storage applications of nanowire materials were focused on and the preparation techniques for nanowire materials were introduced, including electrospinning, epitaxial growth,vapor deposition, subcritical and supercritical synthesis, and template methods. The structure, performance characteristics were introduced. At the same time, the prospects for the application and development of nanowire materials were also presented.
