A model was proposed to study the electrical performance of irregular structural polymer Li-ion batteries under flexural deflection using finite element method. In this model, the structural battery was equivalent to a combination of lots of tiny flat batteries, the electrical performance of flat polymer Li-ion battery under flexural deflections was studied and the relationship between the electrical properties and the flexural deflections was introduced into the finite element mechanics model of the structural battery based on correlative theory models of material mechanics, so the mechanical and electrical performance of the structural battery under flexural loading conditions could be evaluated at the same time. Something helpful has been done in this paper for the application of finite element method in the analysis of electrical performance under flexural deflections and structure design of complex structural batteries.%基于有限元的思想,将异型聚合物锂离子电池结构能源构件等效为许多块微平板电池的组合,通过研究平板电池纯弯曲条件下的曲率与电性能的关系,结合构件的有限元力学模型,并引用材料力学等相关理论,建立了复杂曲面构件弯曲变形条件下的电性能有限元分析模型,初步实现了构件弯曲条件下,力学性能与电性能的同步校核.为有限元思想应用于复杂结构能源构件的设计及承载条件下的电性能研究做了有益探讨.
