镍铝层状双氢氧化物正极锌镍电池充放电性能

     

摘要

Ni-Al layered double hydroxides were prepared with spray technique on the base of chemical co-precipitation. The structure of the product was analyzed and the physical properties were tested. Moreover, it was used as cathode active material to manufacture Zn-Ni cell,and then the charge-discharge performance was studied. The experimental results show that the sample has single α phase crystal structure and irregular particle morphology. Its specific surface area reaches 14.1 m2/g and the average particle size is 18.38 μm. The cell has obviously better cycle stability, higher discharge capacity and voltage plateau than that with spherical β-Ni(OH)2 cathode. The average discharge capacity reaches 287.4 mAh/g within 120 cycles at 1 C rate, and the median discharge voltage attains 1.688 V.%在化学共沉淀法的基础上采用喷涂技术制备镍铝层状双氢氧化物,对产物进行了结构表征和物理性能测试,并用作正极活性物质制备锌镍实验电池,考察了电池的充放电性能.果表明,合成样品晶型结构为单-α相,颗粒形貌呈不规则角块状,比表面积达到14.1m2/g,平均粒径为18.8μm.球形β-Ni(OH)2正极锌镍电池相比,实验电池的循环稳定性、放电容量和电压平台均有明显提高,1 C倍率充放电120次循环平均比容量达到287.4mAh/g,放电中值电压达到1.688 V.
