基于NEDC工况的动力电池使用寿命测试方法研究

摘要

In order to solve the problem that the life cycle test of power battery can't be corresponding to the drive distance of electric vehicle,the battery life test method base on NEDC cycle was designed after analyzing the real driving conditions of electric vehicle.The test data testifies that the method can correctly reflect the corresponding relationship between the life cycle test of power battery and the drive distance of electric vehicle,which can be a good reference for the evaluation of application performance of power battery to electric vehicle.%针对目前动力电池的循环寿命测试方法和电动汽车用动力电池的行驶里程无法对应的问题,在电动汽车的实际使用工况统计数据的基础上,结合NEDC工况,设计了基于NEDC工况下的动力电池寿命测试方法.通过实验测试发现,该测试方法可以较为准确地反映动力电池在电动汽车上的行驶里程,对于评价动力电池在电动汽车上的应用性能具有很好的参考性.
