热电池钒酸铜正极性能影响因素的研究

         

摘要

通过溶胶凝胶法合成钒酸铜正极材料,采用X射线衍射光谱法(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜法(SEM)、差热分析(DTA)和粒度分析方法对钒酸铜材料进行了表征.采用粉末压片工艺制备单体电池,实验结果表明,正极中电解质和导电剂的最佳质量分数添加量分别为25%和10%.单体电池以100 mA/cm2恒流放电时,起始电压可达2.811 V,截止电压为2V时比容量为212 mAh/g.%Cu3V2O8as cathode material was synthesized by sol-gel method,and was characterized by XRD,SEM,differential thermal analyzer and laser particle size analyzer.Influences of synthesis conditions of Cu3V2O8 on discharge performance were studied with single cells prepared by pressed-power process.Results show that the optimal additive quantities of electrolyte and conductor in cathodes are 25% and 10%.The start voltage of single cells at 100 mNcm2 is 2.811 V with the discharge specific capacity of 212 mAh/g at the cut-off voltage of 2 V.
