VRLA蓄电池中磨碎碳纤维与低温性能的关系

         

摘要

The relationship between milled carbon fiber materials and low temperature performance of valve regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery for alpine area substation was studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),X-ray diffraction (XRD) and charge discharge test.The research shows that when a certain amount of carbon fiber is added into the VRLA battery cathode,not only the cycle life of the battery can be extended,but also the low temperature discharge performance can be improved,and the low temperature charge acceptance ability can be reduced.The carbon fiber can make the particle distribution of cathode plate more uniform and refinable,and make PbO content in crude cathode plate increase and the impurities in cooked plate reduce.%通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和充放电测试等方法研究高寒地区变电站用阀控铅酸(VRLA)蓄电池中磨碎碳纤维材料与低温性能的关系.研究表明,当向VRLA蓄电池的正极中加入一定量的碳纤维时,不仅可以延长蓄电池的循环寿命,还可提升其低温放电性能,同时降低其低温的充电接受能力.碳纤维可使正极板的颗粒分布更加均匀且细化,使正极生板中PbO的含量增加,熟板中的杂质减少.
