新型车用软包锂离子电池模块温度特性研究

         

摘要

Electric vehicle's battery pack is made up of a certain amount of battery modules,so that the temperature characteristics of the module will directly affect the temperature characteristics of the battery pack.In order to study the temperature characteristics of soft-package lithium-ion battery module,a new type of battery module was designed with soft-package cells.By conducting the experiment of cells,the relation of dE0/dT and SOC was obtained.Combined with the Bernadi heat generation rate model,the thermal model of battery module was established by ANSYS.The heating simulation at different discharge rates was conducted.By comparing the simulation result with the result of thermal experiments,the error is small,indicating that the model is credible.The simulation results show that the temperature rise and temperature difference between the modules is small at different discharge rates,indicating that the cooling design of the module is effective.%电动汽车电池包由一定数量的电池模块组成,模块的温度特性将直接影响电池包的温度特性.为研究软包三元锂离子电池模块的温度特性,以软包三元锂离子单体电池作为对象,设计并制作了新型的电池模块.通过测量试验,获得了单体电池在不同SOC下开路电压与温度的关系,获得了dE0/dT与SOC的关系曲线.结合Bernadi生热模型,利用ANSYS软件建立了电池模块热模型;进行了不同放电倍率下发热仿真,对比不同放电倍率下模块的温升实际测试结果,实测结果与仿真结果误差很小,表明该模型是可信的.仿真结果表明该模块在不同倍率下放电的温升和温度场差异较小,这表明模块的散热设计是有效的.
