目的:测定刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,以梯度洗脱。色谱柱为Shimpack CLC C18柱(150 mm×6 mm,5 μm,日本岛津);流动相A为水,流动相B为甲醇,梯度条件为0→40 min,A:0%→30%;流速为1 mL.min-1,检测波长为267 nm。结果:测得平均回收率为100.08%,RSD为0.77%。结论:方法准确可靠,适合于刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷的含量测定。%Objectives:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of syrigin in Ciwujia injection.Methods:The column is Shimpack CLC C18(150 mm×6 mm,5 μm);The mobile phase consists of methanol and water.The gradient condition is 0→40 min,methanol 0%→30%.The flow rate is 1 mL.min-1.The detection was done at 267 nm,external method.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.6~3.0 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.08%(RSD=0.77%).Conclusion:This method is reliable,accurate and is very suitable for the determination of syringin.
