高效液相色谱法测定刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷的含量

摘要

目的：测定刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷的含量。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法，以梯度洗脱。色谱柱为Shimpack CLC C18柱(150 mm×6 mm，5 μm，日本岛津)；流动相A为水，流动相B为甲醇，梯度条件为0→40 min，A：0%→30%；流速为1 mL.min-1，检测波长为267 nm。结果：测得平均回收率为100.08%，RSD为0.77%。结论：方法准确可靠，适合于刺五加注射液中紫丁香苷的含量测定。%Objectives：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of syrigin in Ciwujia injection.Methods:The column is Shimpack CLC C18(150 mm×6 mm,5 μm);The mobile phase consists of methanol and water.The gradient condition is 0→40 min,methanol 0%→30%.The flow rate is 1 mL.min-1.The detection was done at 267 nm,external method.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.6～3.0 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.08%(RSD=0.77%).Conclusion:This method is reliable,accurate and is very suitable for the determination of syringin.
