髂腰肌腱切断术用于辅助婴幼儿先天性髋关节脱位中的复位(附56例报告)

@@ 1975年5月至1983年3月,我组共收治先天性髋关节脱位进行闭合复位的患儿126例,年龄最小50天最大4岁,选择其中"复位困难"年龄又在2岁半以下的患儿,行髂腰肌腱切断术以辅助闭合复位,为提高复位成功率,减少复位后并发症,提供了有利条件.%This paper reports a series of 56 infants out of 126,who had suffered from congenital hip dislocation and were treated with iliopsoas tendon release owing to the difficulty or failure in closed reduction.Section of iliopsoas tendon raised the cure rate of closed reduction and brought down the incidence of avascular necrosis of femoral head.Preliminary traction could also be avoided to a considerable extent.A brief account of the procedure is given.However,the procedure is not directly responsible for the remodeling of the hip in bone dysplasia.When an infant is over one year in age and has an acetabular index equal to or greater than 40,some other procedure is required to increase the stability of the affected joint.
