显微外科技术在小儿断指再植中的应用(附23例42个断指报告)

@@ 小儿断指再植是显微外科技术的新发展,我院自1978年8月至1983年12月共施行23例42个断指再植,成活40个,成活率95.2%,其中末指间关节断指7个,全部成活,现报告如下.%From Aug.;1978 to Dec.;.1983;42 severed fingers in 23 cases were replanted by microsurgery.The success rate reached 95.2%.The patients aged from 1 to 12 years.The level of amputation .were between metacarpal-phalangeal and distal interphalangeal joints.The authors stress metieulous and accurate anastomosis of microvascular;indications for the procedure;careful debridement;management of vasospasm;modification of anastomosis technique;as well as postoperative external fixation are also discussed.
