阴茎再矫曲尿道成形术

摘要

A new simple phallorestraightening urethroplasty designed by the author is described.It was performed in 6 cases of hypospadia which had recurrence of chordee after penis straightening.The new operation can make the penis become straight thoroughly with a meatus reconstructed at the ventral surface of the coronal sulcus, and urination was free and clear.The author advocates using an indwelling urethral catheter to drain the bladder instead of cystostomy to reduce the patient's sufferings.
