肱骨髁上骨折手术入路的探讨(附56例临床报告)

摘要

Fifty-six cases of supracondylar fracture of the humerus were treated by open reduction.To achieve a lessening of operative injury and duration,the lateral approach is good for the ulnar deviation type,the medial approach is better for the radial type,while the posterior approach is preferable for the comminuted of late fractures.Immobilization,for 2 to 4 weeks,varied as the patient's age.Intensive physical therapy will help the restoration of elbow functions.%肱骨髁上骨折以闭合复位治疗为主,但对有的病例宜手术治疗.本文报告56例肱骨髁上骨折的手术治疗,根据创伤的类型,选择不同的手术入路.认为肘外侧入路损伤组织少,手术时间短,适用于多数的尺偏型骨折.由于患儿的年龄不同,术后内外固定的时间为2～4周.早期功能锻炼,有利于关节功能的恢复.
