Staheli髋臼成形术初步报告

摘要

1992年12月～1993年12月应用Staheli髋臼成形术治疗髋臼发育不良9例,随诊2～51周,平均20周,髋臼覆盖满意,拆石膏后关节活动不受限.不足之处是髋臼覆盖过度,但在随诊中外展均可达到45°.该术式是矫正髋臼发育不良的简单易行、效果肯定的方法之一.%From Dec.1992 to Dec,1993,9 patients with hip dysplasia underwent Staheli's procedure.Indication for the procedure was progressive subluxation in seven,necrosis of femoral head in one and Legg-Perthes' disease in one hip.follow-up of 2-51 weeks(mean 20 weeks)was obtained in 9 patients.Good or excellent results were recor ded in 89% of the hips.Unsatisfactory results were usually due to excessive breadth of the augmentation.Staheli's procedure is a safe,effective procedure when lateralization of the hip is not excessive.
