小儿上肢断肢再植的临床体会(附28例报告)

摘要

Twenty-eight children with severed upper limbs treated by replantation were collected from 1967 to 1992.The following-up results showed;25 limbs survived with good function,2 failed due to deterioration of general condition,and 1 reamputation for unrecovery of nerve function 8 months after a successful replantation.The speciality of replantation in children,the management of complications and the evaluation of nerve recovery were discussed.%报告28例小儿上肢断肢再植的临床诊治体会.对小儿上肢断肢再植特点、并发症处理和功能恢复评价进行了讨论.
