阑尾内翻切除术

摘要

This paper reported 24 cases of inversion appendectomy.Discussion was made on the inversion appendectomy about its method andindication,on the use of antibiotics,and on colonoscopic follow-up.Inversion appendectomy transfers a contaminative operation to a relatively aspectic operation,which diminishes contamination and the need of antibiotics.The inverted appendix disappeared in all cases at colonoscopic follow-up.There was no infection of wound and the postoperative course was uneventful.%对24例阑尾内翻切除进行了总结,对其方法、适应证、抗生素的应用和关于术后结肠镜检查等进行了讨论.阑尾内翻切除是将污染手术转化为相对无菌手术,减少了污染机会和抗生素的使用.内翻的阑尾经结肠镜检查证实均能脱落.无一例术后出现感染性并发症.
