右半结肠补片回肠拖出术治疗全结肠型先天性巨结肠症

摘要

The article reports the right colonic patch graft procedure in 4 cases with total colonic aganglionosis(TAC)treated by ileal-pull-through the anorectal sheath.A big pediacle patch of right colon in the terminal ileum is good for absorbtion of water and electrolytes in children with total colon resection.All the 4 cases of TAC were living and well and passing normal stools at the follow up for 4to 30 months(mean 22 months)postoperatively.%右半结肠补片回肠拖出术治疗全结肠型先天性巨结肠症4例,由于保留了一段右半结肠,有利于水、电解质吸收,提高了疗效.本组4例均治愈出院,随访14～30个月(平均22个月),排便基本正常.
