先天性肾积水EGF、TGF-β1表达的研究

摘要

目的检测先天性肾积水患儿肾表皮生长因子(EGF)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)蛋白表达的改变及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化方法对15例患肾，6例正常肾进行染色观察。结果患肾EGF蛋白的表达减少，仅2例患肾的极少数远曲小管细胞胞浆有EGF蛋白的弱阳性表达。TGF-β1蛋白的表达增高，大部分近曲小管、少数肾小球上皮细胞、系膜细胞和极少数的远曲小管可见TGF-β1蛋白的强阳性表达。结论EGF、TGF-β1蛋白表达的改变可能和先天性肾积水患肾积水程度、患肾萎缩及间质纤维化有关。%Objective To evaluate the expression of EGF and TGF-β1 in congenital hydronephro sis. Methods The expression of EGF and TGF-β1 protein was determined in 15 renal specimens with hydronephrosis and 6 normal control specimens by immunohistochemisty. Results The expression of EGF protein was obviously reduced; there was mild positive expression of EGF protein in a few tubular cells in 2cases. The expression of TGF-β1 significantly increased and it was mainly localized in proximal tubular cells.Conclusions The abnormal expression of EGF and TGF-β1 in congenital hydronephrosis might related to the degree of hydronephrosis, renal atrophy and interstitial fibrosis.
