糖尿病视网膜病变的中西医治疗现状

摘要

糖尿病视网膜病变是的严重致盲性眼病。严格控制血糖、血压是控制其进展的基础；激光光凝和玻璃体视网膜手术仍是基本的治疗方法；相关西药抗血管内皮细胞生长因子药物等疗效及安全性尚需探索。中医药在整体调节思想的指导下，通过辨证论治的的优势，在防治糖尿病视网膜病变上具有极大的优势。本文介绍了目前糖尿病视网膜病变的流行病学及治疗现状，指出目前研究领域面临的问题及困惑。%Diabetic retinopathy (DR) remains one of the leading risk factors and causes of blindness worldwide .Tight glycemic and blood pressure control remains the cornerstone in the primary prevention of DR .Laser photocoagulation and vitreoretinal surgery remain the conventional management of DR .New therapies ,such as intraocular injection of anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) agents still need to explore the curative effect and security .Under the guidance of overall adjustment thoughts ,through the advantage of differentiation ,TCM has great advantages in the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy This article described the harm of diabetic retinopathy ,treatment methods and limitations . brought out the questions and confusion in the current studies .
