单磷酸阿糖腺苷针结合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎前瞻性研究

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of Ara adenosine monophosphate (AAM)combined with open sword throat sprays in thetreatment of children with HA,so as to shorten the duration of HA. Methods 60 cases of HA were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 patients in esch group ,the control group treated with AAM alone,while the observation group treated with AAM+open sword throat sprays,detected T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factor changes before and after treatment,andclinical symptoms elimination time were observed. Results fever,salivation subsided time between 2 groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05),herpes,ulcers subside of the observation group shorter than in the control group (P<0.05);after treatment CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,IL-10 in the observation group significantly increased, IFN-γsignificantly reduced,before and after treatment was statistically significant differenc(P<0.05);after treatment IgG、IgA、IgM levels in the observation group significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusions based on the treatment given to the AAM sword open throat spray treatment can shorten the duration of HA, which may open the sword throat sprays can improve immune function in children.%目的：观察单磷酸阿糖腺苷针（AAM）结合开喉剑喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎（HA）的疗效，缩短HA病程。方法将60例HA患儿随机分为两组，每组30例，对照组单用AAM，观察组给予AAM+开喉剑喷雾剂治疗，治疗前、后检测两组T淋巴细胞亚群及炎性因子变化，并观察临床症状消除时间。结果观察组发热、流涎消退时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05)，观察组疱疹、溃疡消退时间短于对照组（P<0.05)；治疗后观察组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、IL-10明显升高，IFN-γ明显降低，治疗前、后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)；治疗后观察组IgG、IgA、IgM含量均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05)。结论在AAM治疗基础上给予开喉剑喷雾剂治疗，可缩短HA病程，这可能与开喉剑喷雾剂能改善患儿免疫功能有关。
