STAT-5和Livin在喉癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨STAT-5和Livin在喉癌组织及正常组织中的表达及其与临床病理学特征的关系，探讨STAT-5和Livin在肿瘤细胞凋亡中的作用机制。方法选取绵阳市中心医院2012年5月～2014年5月手术切除的喉癌组织、正常黏膜组织各48例，采用SP免疫组化法检测STAT-5与Livin的表达情况。应用SPSS17.0软件包对结果进行统计学分析。结果 STAT-5蛋白和Livin蛋白主要在胞质中表达。 STAT-5蛋白在喉癌组组中阳性表达率为81.25%，在正常组织中阳性表达率为20.83%，两组比较有显著性差异（P<0.01）；Livin蛋白在喉癌组组中阳性表达率为77.08%，在正常组织中阳性表达率为16.67%，两组比较有显著差异（P<0.01）。 STAT-5与Livin在喉癌组织中的蛋白表达与喉癌的部位差异无统计学意义，（P>0.05），而与肿瘤的临床分期、临床病理分级及淋巴结转移的差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。 STAT-5蛋白与Livin蛋白在喉癌组中表达呈正相关（P<0.05）。结论 STAT-5蛋白与Livin蛋白表达喉癌的发生、发展中发挥重要的作用。我们认为STAT-5蛋白表达可能上调Livin蛋白表达，从而细胞凋亡抑制增强，加速肿瘤的发生、发展。%Objective to explore the expression of STAT-5 and Livin in laryngeal carcinoma tissue and normal tissue and its relationship with clinicopathological features,and to study of STAT-5 and Livin in tumor cell apoptosis mechanism. Method to select the laryngeal carcinoma and normal mucosa in 48 cases during May 2012 and May 2014 year in the Mianyang City Central Hospital surgical, to adopt SP immunohistochemical method for detecting the expression of STAT-5 and Livin. SPSS17.0 software package for statistical analysis of the results. Results the expression of STAT-5 and Livin in the cytoplasm. the expression of STAT-5 protein in laryngeal Cancer Group is 81.25%, the expression in normal tissues is 20.83%, there are significant differences in the two groups (P<0.01); the positive expression rate of Livin protein in laryngeal cancer is 77.08%, in the positive expression rate in normal organization is 16.67%, two group compared has significantly differences (P<0.01). the of protein expressions STAT-5 and Livin in laryngeal cancer organization have differences no statistics meaning with laryngeal cancer of parts, (P>0.05), and have significantly statistics meaning with the tumor of clinical staging, and clinical pathology grading and the lymph nodes transfer of differences (P<0.05). the expression of STAT-5 was positively correlated in laryngeal Cancer Group (P<0.05). Conclusion the expression of Livin protein and STAT-5 plays an important role in the development in laryngeal carcinoma. We believe that the expressions of Livin protein and STAT-5 protein are likely to increase, thus apoptosis inhibitionenhanced, and accelerate the tumor onset and development.
