清喉咽含片联合碘甘油治疗急性咽炎的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the therapy combined Qinghouyan lozenge with locally used iodine glycerinon on acute pharyngitis. Methods Ninety-two patients with acute pharyngitis were randomly divided into treatment group (TG) and control group (CG), with 46 cases in each. Cases in TG were treated by the combined therapy with Qinghouyan lozenge and locally used iodine glycerin, and those in CG treated by Jinlianhua granules, with the therapeutic course lasted for 5 days in both groups. By the end of therapy, therapeutic effect was analyzed among these cases in a comparative way between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.65%fore cases in TG, significantly higher than that in CG (80.43%), with obviously statistical significance between them (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined therapy with Qinghouyan lozenge and locally used iodine glycerin can relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of acute pharyngitis quickly with definite therapeutic effect and good safety.%目的：观察清喉咽含片联合碘甘油治疗急性咽炎的临床疗效。方法92例急性咽炎患者随机分为两组，每组46例。治疗组采用清喉咽含片联合碘甘油治疗，对照组服用金银花颗粒，疗程5天。治疗结束后，比较两组疗效差异。结果治疗组总有效率95.65%，显著高于对照组（80.43%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论清喉咽含片联合碘甘油可快速缓解急性咽炎临床症状和体征，疗效确切，安全性好。
