循环肿瘤细胞的富集、检测及其在头颈部鳞状细胞癌中的应用进展

摘要

循环肿瘤细胞是指从原发肿瘤或转移灶脱落进入循环系统的肿瘤细胞。与肿瘤的复发、转移密切相关。循环肿瘤细胞的检测做为“液态活检”的一种，通过非侵入性的取样方式来获取肿瘤信息，确诊肿瘤时间短、可重复操作等优点，有逐渐取代传统活检的趋势。本文就循环肿瘤细胞的富集、检测及其在头颈部鳞状细胞癌中的应用做综述。%Circulating tumor cells are tumor cells from the primary tumor or metastatic tumor to fall off into the circulatory system.They are closely related to the recurrence and metastasis of tumor.Detection of circulating tumor cells as a “liquid biopsy”, to get the tumor information through non-invasive sampling method.It has the advantages of short time of tumor diagnosis , repeatable operation, and has gradually replaced the traditional biopsy.In this paper , the enrichment and detection of circulating tumor cells and its application in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma were reviewed.
