影响突发性聋患者言语识别率恢复的因素的研究进展

摘要

Sudden sensorineural hearing loss is a common disease in clinical,its diagnosis,evaluation of treat-ment and prognosis usually rely on pure tone audiometry.The Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of sud-den deafness(2015)and American"sudden sensorineural hearing loss clinical practice guidelines"also proposed speech recognition rate as the evaluation of the efficacy of sudden sensorineural hearing loss.This paper reviews the factors that influence the recognition rate of sudden sensorineural hearing loss.%突发性聋是临床常见疾病,其诊断、治疗效果及预后的评估多依赖纯音测听,中国《突发性聋诊断和治疗指南(2015)》和美国《突发性聋临床实践指南(2012)》都建议将言语识别率纳入到突聋治疗的疗效评估中.本文就影响突发性聋患者言语识别率恢复的因素进行综述.
