成骨细胞体外培养技术

摘要

Research on the biology of osteoblast, the most important osteogenic cells, provides us a helpful way to understand bone metabolism and osteogenetic mechanism.A convenient and efficient cell culture method in vitro is necessary to study the biology and function of the osteoblast.Various cell culture models have been developed for studying osteoblast cell biology, including primary cells from different species, induced osteoblasts from pluripotent stem cells, immortalized and malignant cell lines and even the rising three-dimensional cell co-culture system with osteoclast cells.This review presents the mainly used culture and identification methods in osteoblast study in vitro.%成骨细胞是骨形成的主要功能细胞，对它的研究成为研究骨代谢和成骨机制的重要途径。选择便捷高效的体外培养方法，是开展体外成骨细胞研究的前提。随着细胞培养技术的发展，人们已经通过分离培养、诱导分化、与破骨细胞共培养乃至建立3D共培养体系，从许多动物的骨组织中成功培养或者诱导形成具有典型成骨特性的细胞。本文就常见的成骨细胞体外培养技术和鉴定方法做简要概述。
