巴戟天防治骨质疏松症的研究进展

摘要

骨质疏松症是一种以骨量降低和骨组织微结构破坏为特征,导致骨脆性增加和易于骨折的代谢性疾病.随着人口的老龄化,骨质疏松目前在世界上已成为一个较大的社会问题,严重影响老年人群的健康和寿命.近年来,中药巴戟天在对骨质疏松治疗方面的研究日益增多,并且也取得了一定进展.主要包括巴戟天及其提取物在骨细胞、动物、临床个体水平防治骨质疏松症的疗效和作用机理.本文综述了近几年关于巴戟天治疗骨质疏松症的相关研究,并对其未来发展进行了展望.%Osteoporosis is a metabolic bone disease characterized by low bone mass and microstructure destruction,which leads to increased bone fragility and increased risk for fracture.With population ageing,osteoporosis has become a big social problem worldwide,which seriously affects the health and longevity of the elderly population.In recent years,Chinese medicine Morinda officinalis has been increasingly studied for the treatment of osteoporosis,and some progress have been made.Most studies evaluated the effects of Morinda officinalis and its extract in bone cells,animals and clinical individual level studies,and explored its role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis and its mechanism of action.This paper reviews the relevant research on Morinda officinalis in the treatment of osteoporosis in recent years,and comments on its future development.
