微种植体支抗矫治成人高角型深覆的临床应用

摘要

Objective: To observe the clinical application of micro-implant anchorage in the treatment of adult high-angle deep overbite. Methods: 12 cases of class Angle Ⅱ malocclusion with high-angle deep overbite were designed to extracted. After teeth alignment between the lateral incisor and canine maxillary labial alveolar bone implanted micro implants as anchorage, pulling down the stretch to close the gap after anterior teeth extractions open bite. The lateral cephalogram measurement was carried out before and after treatment results were statistically analyzed. Results: After 18-24 months of treatment, 12 cases of patients with normal overbite and overjet, molar relationship was distal. U1-PP and OB de-creased(p<0.01), the difference has statistical significance, U6-PP and U6-SN increased little(p>0.05), the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusions: Micro-implant can effectively suppress the anterior teeth and does not increase the molar teeth to lift deep overbite, which was suitable for the adult high-angle deep treatment.%目的：观察微种植体支抗在矫治成人高角型深覆的临床应用。方法：选择12例安氏Ⅱ类高角型深覆患者均拔出上颌第一前磨牙矫治，排齐牙列后在上颌侧切牙与尖牙间唇侧牙槽骨植入微种植体作为支抗，弹力牵引压低上前牙打开咬合后关闭拔牙间隙，矫治前后拍摄曲面断层及头颅侧位片进行分析。结果：经过18~24个月的治疗，12例患者前牙覆覆盖正常，磨牙为完全远中关系。 U1-PP距， OB减小，(P＜0.01)差异具有统计学意义， U6-PP距， U6-SN距增加不大，(P＞0.05)差异无统计学意义。结论：微种植体支抗的运用能有效地压低上前牙而后牙不升高解除深覆，适合用于成人高角型深覆的治疗。
