个性化手术是近年来角膜屈光手术的研究热点.本文就个性化角膜屈光手术在术前、术中和术后各个环节中减少高阶像差,提高术后视觉质量方面的优势及最新研究进展作一综述,以倡导个性化角膜屈光手术的推广.%Customized corneal refractive surgery has been an exciting research area in recent years.This article summarizes the advantages and the latest studies on customized corneal refractive surgery for reducing higher-order aberrations before,during and after surgery,and for trying to improve visual quality.Therefore,customized corneal refractive surgery should be encouraged more often.
