维吾尔族剥脱综合征患者眼轴及中央前房深度与眼压的相关性研究

摘要

目的 分析剥脱综合征(ES)患者和正常人眼轴及中央前房深度与眼压的相关性.方法 2010年1月~2012年1月间来本院就诊的ES患者106例(106眼)、正常人69例(69眼),均为维吾尔族.观察ES眼和非ES眼眼轴长度、中央前房深度及眼压有无差异,分析眼轴及中央前房深度与眼压的相关性.结果 ES患者眼轴长度为(22.89±0.91)mm,正常人眼轴长度为(23.12±0.97)mm,差异无统计学意义(P=0.12);ES患者前房深度为(2.84±0.41)mm,正常人前房深度为(2.93±0.39) mm,差异无统计学意义(P=0.14);ES患者眼压为(26.72±15.70)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),正常人眼压为(14.39±2.19)mm Hg,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00).ES患者眼轴与眼压具有相关性(r=-0.412,P=0.00);正常人眼轴与眼压不具有相关性(r=-0.102,P=0.405).ES患者中央前房深度与眼压具有相关性(r=-0.33,P=0.001);正常人中央前房深度与眼压不具有相关性(r=-0.102,P=0.406).结论 维吾尔族ES患者的眼压较正常人高,其眼轴及中央前房深度与眼压具有负相关性.%Objective To analyze the correlation of axial length, anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure (IOP) in exfoliation syndrome (ES) patients and normal people. Methods One hundred and six patients with ES and 69 normal people who were hospitlized from January 2010 to January 2012 were included the study. They were all Uighurs. Axial length, anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure were observed in ES eyes and non-ES eyes. Results The axial length of ES patients was (22. 89 ±0. 91) mm, while of the normal people was (23.12 ±0. 97) mm, with no significant difference (P =0. 12). The anterior chamber depth in ES patients was (2.84 ± 0.41) mm, while of the normal people was (2.93 ±0.39) mm, with no significant difference (P =0. 14). The IOP of ES was (26. 72 ± 15. 70) mm Hg (1 mm Hg =0. 133 kPa) , while that of the normal people was (14. 39 ±2.19) mm Hg, with significant difference. Correlation analysis of central anterior chamber depth and intraoculor pressure showed that the axial length and IOP was relevant in ES patients ( r = 0. 412, P = 0. 00) , while not in the normal people ( r = 0. 102, P = 0. 405 ) . Correlation analysis of central anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure showed that the axial length and IOP was relevant in ES patients ( r = - 0. 412, P = 0. 00) , while not in the normal people ( r = - 0. 102, P = 0. 406 ). Conclusions The IOP of ES patients was higher than that of the normal people. The axial and central anterior chamber depth of ES patients was relevant to IOP.
