面部运动功能修复的研究进展

摘要

Facial paralysis not only causes the dysfunction of facial movement,but also has substantial negative psychosocial impact.In recent years,a few new surgical technologies to restore facial movement have been developed and applied,and have obtained good results.It is vital for the surgeons and patients to choose an optimal personalized treatment according to specific condition of each patient and the characteristics of various surgical techniques.This review focused on current surgical techniques in facial reanimation,including nerve anastomosis,interposition nerve grafting,nerve transposition,regional muscle transfer and free muscle transfer.The advantages and disadvantages of them was also described.%面神经麻痹不仅引起患者面部运动功能障碍,更严重地影响患者的社交和心理状态.近年来,一些新的恢复面部运动的手术方法得到了开展和应用,并取得了良好的效果.根据病情和各种修复技术的特点选择个性化的最佳治疗方案对于医师和患者来说至关重要.本综述着重对目前面部运动功能修复的手术方法和其优、缺点进行系统阐述,包括神经吻合术、神经搭桥移植术、神经替代术、局部肌移植和游离肌移植等.
