The oil - producing conditions of Lipomyces kononenkoae were optimized on flask fermentation level by the single - factor experiment. The highest lipid yield was obtained with ammonium sulfate and glucose as nitrogen source and carbon source, respectively. The optimum culture conditions for temperature, inoculation, initial pH value and C/N ratio were 28t, 10% , 7.0 and 99, respectively. Batch culture result showed that the biomass, lipid content and lipid yield of Lipomyces kononenkoae could reach 7.01g/L, 15.91% , 1. 12g/L respectively after optimization.
