葡萄糖酸钙凝胶剂的研制

摘要

目的：研究葡萄糖酸钙凝胶剂的处方组成、制备工艺及质量标准。方法：用葡萄糖酸钙替代传统的醋酸钙、氯化钙并加入抑菌剂。用络合滴定法测定葡萄糖酸钙的含量，紫外分光光度法测定葡萄糖酸氯己定的含量。结果：制法简便、质量易控。结论：该制剂配方合理、工艺成熟、质量可靠，是值得推广应用的氟中毒治疗剂。%Objective:To study the formulation,preparative method a nd quality control of calcium gluconate gel.Methods:Calcium gluconate gel was prepared by use of bulk calcium gluconate and disinfectant.In the gel,ca lcium gluconate and chlorhexide gluconate were determined by complexiometry and UV spectrophotometry respectively.Results and Conclusion:Calcium gluc onate gel is in need for treatment of fluoride intoxication.In this paper,a reas onable formulation and a reliable method for preparation and quality control are provided.
