抗HIV抑制剂cyanovirin-N的研究进展

         

摘要

Cyanovirin-N (CV-N) is a protein derived from the cyanobacterium nostoc ellipsosporu. CV-N can effectively inhibit HIV infection of immune cells at low concentrations (0.1 ~36. 8 nmol·L-1 ) , and has no direct side-effects on normal cells at high concentrations (45 ~ 400 nmol·L-1). CV-N is active in the adsorption process of HIV inhibitors, and as a local (such as vaginal and rectal tracts) anti-HIV drug has been in preclinical development. The structure, physical-chemical property and the antiviral mechanism of CV-N were summarized. The compound is an inhibitor of HIV, but also found to inhibit other enveloped viruses.%Cyanovirin-N( CV-N)是一种天然蛋白,由蓝细菌合成分泌,低浓度(0.1~36.8 nmol· L-1)能有效抑制HIV感染免疫细胞,高浓度(45 ~ 400 nmol·L -1)对正常细胞无直接的毒副作用.CV-N是作用于吸附过程的HIV抑制剂并且作为局部用(阴道、直肠等)抗HIV药物正处于临床前开发阶段.本文对Cyanorivin-N的理化性质、结构和抗病毒作用机制等进行了概述.
