中国医药制造业7个子行业生产效率实证分析

摘要

文中采用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对中国医药制造业7个子行业的生产效率进行比较和评价,并对其中出现的问题提出相应对策.医疗仪器设备及器械行业、制药专用设备和中成药行业同时具有技术效率和规模效率；生物生化制品行业的技术效率较低但规模收益递增；化学药品、卫生材料及医药用品、中药饮片的规模效率都比较低且规模收益递减.%In this article, the seven sub-sectors of production efficiency in medicine manufacture industry were compared and appraised by the Data Envelopment Analysis method, and the appropriate countermeasures were proposed. Medical equipments and instruments, pharmaceutical equipments and Chinese patent medicine have both technical and scale efficiencies. The technical efficiency of biology and biochemical product is very low, and its returns to scale are increasing. The scale efficiencies of chemical medicines, sanitation materials and medical supplies , and prepared pieces of traditional Chinese medicine are low, and their returns to scale are decreasing.
