药物对心肌缺血及其再灌注损伤离子通道的影响

摘要

We summarized recent studies about the influence of drugs on ion channels after acute myocardial ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) based on the latest literature. This review will provide a reference for further research of new drugs that can prevent and treat ischemic heart disease and arrhythmia. Abnormal changes in myocardial membrane ion channels are closely related to malignant ventricular arrhythmias caused by acute myocardial ischemia and I/R. Regulation of the abnormal ion channels and prevention of the malignant ventricular arrhythmias are one important aspect in the treatment of myocardial ischemia and I/R.%综述近年来药物影响急性心肌缺血及I/R时离子通道的研究进展,为进一步研发新的防治缺血性心脏病及心律失常的有效药物提供参考.方法依据最新国内外文献,进行归纳总结.心肌膜上离子通道的异常变化与急性心肌缺血及再灌注损伤(I/R)时发生恶性心律失常密切相关,调节离子通道的异常变化,纠正心律失常是治疗心肌缺血及I/R的重要目的之一.
