基于患者的角度对基本药物可及性情况的知识-态度-行为调查分析

摘要

Objective; To find out the patients' knowledge of essential drugs, attitude and behavior to essential drugs. Methods-. Totally 1 500 patients were inquired by questionnaires in January 2011 , and the data were statistically analyzed using SPSS. Results; In the collected 96.0% valid questionnaires, 61% of patients had never heard National Essential Drug System. Conclusion; It is necessary to carry out publicity and education about essential drugs for patients.%目的:从患者的角度对基本药物可及性情况进行了解.方法:2011年1月对全国29个省市的患者采用随机抽样法进行国家基本药物可及性情况的知识-态度-行为(KAP)问卷调查.问卷包含20个问题,共发放问卷1500份.结果与结论:本次问卷的有效回收率为96.0％,61％的患者从未听说过基本药物制度及基本药物.患者对基本药物的知晓率较低,基本药物知识的匮乏可能是阻碍基本药物可及性提高的主要原因.因此,本文建议加强对公众进行基本药物制度的宣传教育.
