伢典凝胶系统微创治疗龋病的临床效果及对心理因素的影响

摘要

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Carisolv for the treatment of dental caries and its impact on the mental. Methods; Baseline and follow-up data were collected using the oral health impact profile-14 ( OHIP-14). The change of OH-QoL was analyzed. Results;Clinical treatment were all successful. The highest sub-scale score is physical pain, followed by psychological discomfort. There were significant improvement in patients' total OH-QoL after treatment(P <0.05). The main impacts of oral disorders affecting patients' OH-QoL were physical pain, psychological discomfort and psychological disability. Conclusion; Carisolv of the minimally invasive treatment both improved the patient's oral health and OH-QoL and achieved successful clinical effect.%目的:研究伢典(Carisolv)凝胶及其系统微创治疗龋齿患者的临床疗效及对患者心理因素的影响.方法:以口腔健康影响程度量表( OHIP-14)对伢典微创治疗龋齿患者前后的口腔健康相关生活质量(OH-QoL)进行问卷调查,比较患者治疗前后的生活质量变化.结果:临床治疗全部获得成功.量表各领域中“生理性疼痛”得分最高,该领域OH-QoL最差,其次为“心理不适”.治疗后总体OH-QoL比治疗前提高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).心理因素状况对龋齿患者OH-QoL的影响主要体现在生理性疼痛、心理不适及心理障碍3个领域.结论:伢典微创治疗能够有效消除患者对传统龋病治疗方法的恐惧,并能取得满意的临床治疗效果.
