翻白草中一个新的黄酮苷类成分

摘要

Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of the whole herbs of Potentilla discolor Bunge. Methods: The chemical constituents in normal butanol fraction of 90% ethanol extract from the whole herbs of P. discolor were isolated and purified by column chromatography over silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 and macroporous adsorptive resins. The structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data analyses. Results: A flavone glycoside was isolated and identified as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyran-side butyl ester-(2→1) -β-D-xylopyranoside (1). Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound.%目的:研究翻白草的化学成分.方法:采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20和大孔吸附树脂等色谱分离手段对翻白草90％乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部位进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构.结果:分离得到1个黄酮苷类化合物,鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸正丁酯基-(2→1)-β-D-吡喃木糖苷(kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranside butyl ester-(2→1)-β-D-xylopyranoside,1).结论:化合物1为新化合物.
