Objective: To clarify the application of fingerprint characteristic spectrum technology in traditional Chinese medicinal materials and Chinese patent medicine in the experimental examples. Methods: The TLC fingerprint of Guanmaining capsule, the HPLC fingerprint of Niuhuangxiaoyan tablets, the UPLC-MS fingerprint of Shengmai injection and the HPLC fingerprint of Astragalus herbs were taken as the examples to explain the application of characteristic spectrum and fingerprint technology in traditional Chinese medicinal materials and Chinese patent medicine. Results: The fingerprint technology could be applied in overall rating of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and Chinese patent medicine, to achieve the purpose of the quality control. Conclusion:Fingerprint characteristic spectrum technology can be applied for the same kind of medicines, and quality control of herbal medicines, providing useful methods for reference.%目的:通过实验实例阐明特征图谱、指纹图谱技术在中成药、中药材中的应用.方法:以冠脉宁胶囊薄层特征图谱,牛黄消炎片HPLC多通道指纹图谱,生脉注射液UPLC-MS指纹图谱,黄芪药材特征图谱为例详述特征图谱、指纹图谱技术对中成药、中药材的质量评价方法及应用.结果:采用特征图谱、指纹图谱技术可实现对中药材、中成药的整体评价,达到质量可控的目的.结论:本文所涉及的指纹图谱、特征图谱应用技术可为同类中成药、中药材的质量控制提供较好的方法借鉴.
