异基因造血干细胞移植治疗白血病的研究进展

摘要

Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) is the most effective method to treat patients with leukemia .The indication and effect of transplantation is different in the different type of leukemia . Conditioning regimen is decided according to the disease condition of the patient .Infection,the graft versus host dis-ease( GVHD) and hepatic veno-occlusive disease ( HVOD) are the major complications associated with transplanta-tion.This review focuses on the advance of allo-HSCT in the treatment of leukemia .%异基因造血干细胞移植是目前治疗白血病最有效的一种手段。移植的适应证及疗效因白血病的类型不同而有所差异；预处理方案的选择根据患者具体病情而定；移植相关并发症主要为感染、移植物抗宿主病、肝静脉闭塞病。该文对异基因造血干细胞移植治疗白血病的研究进展进行综述。
