炎性衰老与骨质疏松的研究进展

摘要

Inflamma-aging refers to the chronic proinflammatory state of the body that appears in the process of aging and progre -ssively with aging.Osteoporosis is a systemic disorder of bone metabolism,which is characterized by low bone mineral content, bone microstructure damage, reduced bone strength, increased bone fragility, and easy fracture.At present, some prospective studies abroad have found that inflamm-aging is closely related to osteoporosis.In this paper,we reviewed the research progress on the concept and mechanism of inflamm-aging,and on the relationship between inflamm-aging and osteoporosis.%炎性衰老是机体在衰老过程中所显现出的慢性促炎症反应状态,并随着衰老而进行性加剧.骨质疏松是一种以骨矿物质含量低下、骨微结构损坏、骨强度降低、骨脆性增加、易发生骨折为主要特征的全身性骨代谢障碍性疾病.目前,国外一些前瞻性研究结果表明炎性衰老与骨质疏松关系密切.本文对炎性衰老的概念、机制以及炎性衰老与骨质疏松相关研究进展进行了综述.
