护生实习后期心理健康状况调查

摘要

目的 了解护生实习后期的心理健康状况.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对106名实习护生进行测量.结果 护生实习后期SCL-90中人际关系敏感、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑等因子分均数高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 应重视护生实习后期的心理健康状况,加强相应的心理健康教育和管理工作,提高实习护生的心理健康水平.%Objective To assess the mental health of nursing students in the later-stage of clinical practice. Methods Questionnaires of SCL-90 were used. We investigated one hundred and six nursing students in the later-stage of their clinical practice. Results The scores of SCL-90 factorssuch as interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive, depression and anxiety were higher than the norm (P ＜ 0.01). Conclusions We should pay more attention to the mental health of nursing students in the later-stage of their clinical practice and appropriate education and management should be provided to improve the mental health of nursing students.
