合理用药自我效能对冠心病患者服药依从性行为阶段的影响

Objective To explore the status of self-efficacy for appropriate medication use and medication compliance, and analyze the effects of the self-efficacy for appropriate medication use on behavioral stage of medication compliance in patients with coronary heart disease ( CHD) . Methods From November 2015 to January 2016, totals of 151 patients with CHD treated in a Dalian tertiary hospital were investigated. The self-efficacy for appropriate medication use and behavioral stage of medication compliance were collected and the correlation between them were analyzed. Results There existed the phenomenon of stage distribution in patients with CHD, and patients in the preparation stage were the most, which accounted for 27.8%;in the medication compliance behaviors, the level of self-efficacy for appropriate medication use of patients that in action and maintenance stage was significantly higher than that of patients in intention and preparation stage ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The level of self-efficacy for appropriate medication use may influence the behavioral stage of patients with CHD. A new approach to improve the medication compliance can be achieved by improving the change of level of self-efficacy in patients with CHD.%目的：调查冠心病患者服药依从性行为阶段和合理用药自我效能水平的现状,并分析合理用药自我效能对患者服药依从性行为阶段转变的影响。方法采用方便抽样的方法,选取2015年11月—2016年1月在大连市某三甲医院循环科接受治疗的冠心病患者151例,调查患者的服药依从性行为阶段和合理用药自我效能情况,并分析其服药依从性行为阶段和合理用药自我效能之间的相关性。结果冠心病患者服药依从行为存在阶段分布现象,且处于准备阶段的人数最多(27.8％)；在服药依从行为中,处于行动和维持阶段的患者其合理用药自我效能水平比前意向、意向和准备阶段的患者高,差异有统计学意义( H＝111.55,P<0.05)。结论合理用药自我效能水平对冠心病患者的服药依从性行为阶段有一定的影响,可以通过探索提高患者合理用药自我效能的方法,促进患者服药依从性行为阶段的转变,进而帮助患者建立良好的遵医服药行为。
