五年制高职护生职业价值观调查及影响因素分析

摘要

目的:调查五年制高职护生职业价值观现状,探讨其影响因素,为有针对性的教育提供依据。方法2015年6月采用护士职业价值观量表,采用整群抽样的方法对无锡卫生高等职业技术学校五年制高职在校二、三年级共1048名护生进行问卷调查。结果五年制高职护生职业价值观总分平均为(94.69±18.85)分,得分率72.83%,处于较高水平;照顾提供维度得分为(36.78±7.37)分,得分率73.56%;行动主义维度得分为(28.59±6.01)分,得分率71.48%;责任、自由、安全维度得分为(18.10±3.85)分,得分率72.4%;信任维度得分为(11.24±2.44)分,得分率74.93%。二年级的护生职业价值观得分高于三年级护生,获得奖学金的护生职业价值观得分高于未获得奖学金的护生,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为5.44,3.17;P<0.01);护理职业情感为喜欢的护生职业价值观得分高于无所谓和不喜欢的护生,差异有统计学意义( F=38.80,P<0.01)。结论学校层面、教务部门、学工团委、教师层面应根据不同年级、是否获得奖学金及职业情感的特点,针对性地开展培养和指导工作,促进五年制高职护生形成积极、健康的职业价值观。%Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of occupational values among five-year vocational nursing students, and provide evidence for targeted nursing education. Methods A total of 1 048 sophomore and junior nursing students were selected from our school by cluster random sampling, and were investigated by nursing professional values scale. Results The total score of nursing occupational values among five-year vocational nursing students was (94.69±18.85), and the scoring rate was 72.83%, which was in a high level;the score of care providing was (36.78±7.37), and the scoring rate was 73.56%; the score of activism was (28.59±6.01), and the scoring rate was 71.48%;the score of responsibility, freedom and security was (18.10±3.85), and the scoring rate was 72.4%;the score of trust was (11.24±2.44), and the scoring rate was 74.93%. The score of professional values of the sophomore nursing students were higher than the junior nursing students, and the score of professional values of the nursing students who obtained scholarships were higher than those who didn′t (t=5.44,3.17;P<0.01); the score of professional values of five-year vocational nursing students whose emotion of vocation were like were higher than students whose emotion were indifferent and dislike ( F = 38. 80, P<0. 01 ) . Conclusions According to the different grades, whether obtained scholarships and vocational emotional characteristics, nursing teachers should carry out targeted training and guidance, to conform a positive and healthy professional values of the five-year vocational nursing students.
