实习护生对工作场所暴力及应对认知和态度调查

摘要

目的:调查实习前护生对医院工作场所暴力及应对的认知和态度。方法采用自制问卷、医院工作场所暴力及应对的认知和态度调查问卷对北京市3家三甲医院152名实习前护生进行问卷调查。结果38.2%的护生没有听说过“工作场所暴力”,88.4%及95.4的护生希望护士岗前培训项目中应包括并愿意参加有关工作场所暴力的相关培训;护生较认可的工作场所暴力预防措施排前3位的是“针对工作场所暴力立法”(96.0%)、“传媒正确导向,倡导尊重医务工作者”(90.1%)、“进行针对性培训,加强暴力应对能力”(88.8%)。结论护理院校、医院部门应积极开展医院工作场所暴力知识及预防技能的培训,提高护生认知水平,增强其防范意识及技能,以期预防和减少医院工作场所暴力事件的发生。%Objective To investigate the cognition and attitude of nursing students for violence in workplace.Methods The status of cognition and attitudeof 152 nursing students for violence in workplace from three Hospitals in Beijing city were investigated by questionnaire.Results Among 152 nursing students, 38.2%of them had never heard of violence in workplace, 88. 4% of them thought that the job training should include the prevention strategies of violence in workplace, and 95.4% of them wanted to take part in. Nursing students thought the main strategies to prevent or reduce violencein workplace were legislation related to violence in workplace ( 96. 0%) , correct media guidance ( 90. 1%) , improve the skill of communication, strengthen ability of dealing with violence in workplace ( 88. 8%) . Conclusions Nursing schools and hospitals should positively constructthe prevention strategies for violence workplace and provide training for nursing students,so as to improve their cognition degree and skills, and prevent or reduce the incidence of violence in workplace.
