医用壳聚糖创面修复膜对阑尾炎手术伤口恢复的效果

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of medical chitosan hydrogel dressing on appendicitis operative wound recovery. Methods A total of 60 appendicitis patients, who underwent laparotomy, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional wound management, while the observation group received additional medical chitosan hydrogel dressing. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results The wound healing effect was much better in the observation group than in the control group, and the observation group had shorter healing time than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusion Medical chitosan hydrogel dressing can prompt a better and quicker recovery of appendicitis operative wound. It can be easily used and widely applied, and is worthy of clinical consideration.%目的：探讨医用壳聚糖创面修复膜对阑尾炎手术伤口恢复的临床效果。方法行开腹手术治疗的60例阑尾炎患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例。两组术后均给予常规伤口处理，观察组在此基础上加用医用壳聚糖创面修复膜。比较两组疗效。结果观察组伤口愈合效果显著好于对照组，愈合时间显著短于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医用壳聚糖创面修复膜能够促进阑尾炎手术伤口更好更快的恢复，使用方法简单，适用范围广泛，值得临床考虑。
