生长曲线法检测复方大果木姜子软胶囊的抗肿瘤作用

摘要

Objective To study the antagonism of compound fructus litsea pungens soft capsule on tumour cell Hep-2. Methods Trypan blue and growth curve methods were applied. Results Observation of the influence of the drug on the normal growth curve of cell showed that the drug inhibited growth of cells by prolonging the normal growth multiplication (TD2=3.245). Conclusion Compound fructus litsea pungens soft capsule has obvious inhibiting effect on tumour cell Hep-2.%目的：研究复方大果木姜子软胶囊对肿瘤细胞Hep-2的拮抗作用。方法台盼蓝染色法及生长曲线法。结果通过观察药物作用于细胞后对其正常生长曲线的影响，发现药物作用于Hep-2细胞后，明显延长细胞正常生长的倍增时(TD2=3.245)从而抑制Hep-2的正常生长。结论复方大果木姜子软胶囊对肿瘤细胞Hep-2的生长具有明显的抑制作用。
