ObjectiveTo research the application of quality control circle in reducing unscheduled decannulation rate of stomach tube.MethodsA total of 60 patients with indwelling stomach tube were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional tube nursing method, and the experimental group, as quality control circle group, received corresponding nursing measures. Decannulation rate of stomach tube and nursing satisfaction degree were compared and analyzed in the two groups.ResultsThe experimental group had much lower decannulation rate of stomach tube than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree was obviously better in the experimental group than in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).ConclusionImplement of quality control circle can reveal problems in nursing work, and solve those problems as well. Clinical application of quality control circle can not only reduce unscheduled decannulation rate of stomach tube, but also hugely improve nursing satisfaction degree and nursing quality. This method is worthy of widely clinical promotion and application.%目的研究分析品管圈活动在降低胃管非计划拔管率中的应用情况.方法60例留置胃管的患者随机分为实验组和对照组, 各30例.对照组患者给予常规管道护理方法;实验组患者成立品管圈活动小组, 依照患者的实际情况采取相应护理方法, 对比分析两组患者的胃管拔管率及护理满意度.结果实验组患者的胃管拔管率明显低于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组, 差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论品管圈活动能够发现护理工作中现存的问题, 并能够有效解决护理工作中存在的问题.在临床护理工作中开展品管圈活动, 不仅可以降低胃管非计划拔管率, 还大大提高了护理满意度以及护理质量, 值得临床中广泛推广应用.
