早产儿脑损伤与围生期感染的相关性研究

摘要

目的探讨早产儿脑损伤与围生期感染的关系.方法采集254例产妇的血液、羊水、脐血和早产儿血液查C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清降钙素原(PCT), 对胎盘标本进行病理检查以及对早产儿进行头颅彩色多普勒超声检查.结果围生期有感染的产妇其早产儿脑损伤发生率高于无感染产妇, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 早产儿脑损伤与围生期感染关系密切.%Objective To investigate the correlation between cerebral injury and perinatal infection in premature infant.Methods C-reactive protein (CRP) and serum procalcitonin (PCT) in puerperal blood, amniotic fluid, umbilical cord blood, and premature infant blood in 254 puerpera were collected. Pathological examination was applied for placenta samples, and color Doppler ultrasound examination was given for premature infant head. Results Puerpera with perinatal infection had higher incidence of cerebral injury in premature infant than those without infection, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Cerebral injury in premature infant has close correlation with perinatal infection.
